For Spring Summer 2014 Joseph Turvey brought his latest collection to LC:M, during his second presentation with Fashion East. Inspirations for this collection were drawn from NASCAR driver Ethel Mobley; a female driver who’s career in the 1950s was both controversial and pioneering.
Staying true to his brand identity Turvey unveiled a collection that features his signature line drawings and soft silhouettes. This time Turvey’s illustrations have taken the form of delicate florals in soft pastels intercut with block colour printing and panelling, all on a clean white backdrop of soft tailoring and luxe sportswear.
